Elegant and well balanced.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eAn elegant nose of medium intensity, with ripe green pepper, white pepper and a subtle touch of anise. Round tannins and balanced acidity bring freshness, with ripe red fruit in good balance with the herbal notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eVineyard at 1,050 m, organically farmed. Hand-picked and optically sorted, fermented with native yeasts in uncoated concrete eggs, with malolactic fermentation and 7 months of aging in the same eggs. Alcohol 13%. 6,240 bottles. Serve at 15–18 °C.
