Festivo Malbec

Festivo Malbec is the most authentic and direct expression of Monteviejo's flagship grape, from the bodega's vineyards in Vista Flores, in the heart of the Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Fresh, fruity and full of personality: a wine for the everyday table, to share with friends and good food.

Tasting notes

Bright red with violet reflections. Red fruit such as cherry and raspberry on the nose. Fresh on the palate with medium persistence; balanced, fruity and true to the variety.

Food pairing

Ideal with pasta in tomato or Bolognese sauce, pizza and meat.

Winemaking

100% Malbec from Vista Flores, Valle de Uco, at 1,000 m altitude. Hand-picked, with a double selection of bunches and berries, a short cold maceration at 5 °C for 4 days and fermentation at 25–28 °C. No oak: kept on its lees in stainless steel for extra volume. Serve at 14–16 °C.
