Bodega Las Perdices is a family winery in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, one of Mendoza's classic Malbec districts at the foot of the Andes. The name comes from the partridges (perdices) that live among its vines, and the bird appears throughout the range: from the easy-drinking Partridge wines and the Reserva line to Ala Colorada, named after the partridge's red wing. Besides Malbec, Las Perdices is known for less common varieties such as Bonarda and Ancellotta, and for its modern winery with a terrace looking out over the vineyards to the snow-capped Andes.
