Bodega Monteviejo was founded by the French Péré-Vergé family, owners of Château Montviel in Pomerol, as one of the original wineries of Michel Rolland's Clos de los Siete project in Vista Flores. At around 1,000 metres in the Valle de Uco, with the Andes as a backdrop, the bodega makes elegant wines in a Bordeaux spirit: from the easy-going Festivo, to Petite Fleur and Lindaflor, up to its icon, Lindaflor La Violeta.
