Las Perdices Ala Colorada Ancelotta

Ancellotta is a dark-colored grape variety that originated in Italy and now very popular in Argentina also. Ancellota has a deep red color with bluish tones. Intense aromas of red fruits, jam and dried figs, notes of tobacco and chocolate from the oak aging. Good volume on the palate, good attack, well balanced structure with ripe tannins, where the fruit notes are combined with the contributions of the wood. Ideal to accompany red meats, prosciutto, chorizos and strong dishes in general. Aged 15 months in new French oak barrels 50% and 50% in American Oak barrels. Serving temperature 16 -18° C (60 - 64 ºF)
