A full, well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon. Eight months in French and American oak add subtle wood notes without hiding the fruit.

Winemaking

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Five days of cold maceration before fermentation, 10 days of fermentation at 24–26 °C with daily pump-overs, then 10 days of maceration on the skins. Aged 8 months in French and American oak. Drink within 2 years.
