Proyecto Las Compuertas Criolla
Proyecto Las Compuertas is the Durigutti brothers' project to protect the heritage vineyards of Las Compuertas, the coolest corner of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Since 2007 they have restored 34 hectares of historic vines, named Finca Victoria after their mother.
Criolla Chica is one of Argentina's historic heritage grapes, grown in a small, high-density plot at Finca Victoria as part of the Durigutti commitment to recovering heritage varieties.
