Rutini Colección Extra Brut

Rutini Colección Extra Brut is the sparkling wine of Rutini's Colección range, made from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in Mendoza vineyards at 1,100 to 1,250 metres.

Tasting notes

Golden with a greyish-yellow hue and small, persistent bubbles. Delicate aromas of fresh white fruit and dried fruit combine with characteristic notes of brioche. On the palate it develops a subtle creaminess that leads to a light, fresh finish.

Food pairing

Appetisers, boards of mild and soft cheeses with nuts, sushi, seafood, oysters, or tagliatelle with sautéed vegetables.

Winemaking

50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. Aging potential 5 years.
