Rutini Encuentro Pinot Noir is 100% Pinot Noir from Rutini's vineyards in Tupungato, in the Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

Tasting notes

A bright ruby Pinot Noir with fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries combined with hints of violet and oak, creating an elegant aromatic profile. Smooth tannins give way to a long, silky finish.

Food pairing

Soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert with dried fruit, mushroom risotto, or grilled chicken or tuna.

Winemaking

100% Pinot Noir with full malolactic fermentation. Aged 14 months in new oak barrels (80% French, 20% American). Winemaker Mariano Di Paola.
