Trumpeter Extra Brut

Trumpeter Extra Brut is Bodega Rutini's sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay grown in Mendoza vineyards at 700 to 1,200 metres.

Tasting notes

Bright amber with greenish hints and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of green apple and pear with notes of freshly baked bread from contact with the lees. An elegant, balanced structure and a silky texture that invites another toast.

Food pairing

As an aperitif, with cold starters or skewers, sushi, seafood, dry pastries or nuts, or simply on its own.

Winemaking

100% Chardonnay. 12 months in contact with the lees. Aging potential 4 years. Winemaker Mariano Di Paola.
