Casarena Malbec Rosé

Casarena Estate Malbec Rosé is made by Bodega Casarena from 100% Malbec grown in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Winemaker Agustín Alcoleas, agronomist Pablo Ceverino.

Tasting notes

An elegant pale pink with golden glints. The nose shows subtle notes of young red fruit along with citrus and floral hints. On the palate it has elegant acidity and generous volume, and its fruity profile gives it a markedly fresh finish.

Winemaking

Vintage 2025. Hand-selected bunches, direct pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at a low temperature (about 13 °C) to keep intense, well-defined flavours, aromatic delicacy and its characteristic colour. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 100% in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol 13%, acidity 6.1 g/l, pH 3.4.
