Cortijo Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra 1 L

Cortijo El Olivar is the extra virgin olive oil of Viña Las Perdices, made from olives grown on the estate in Mendoza, Argentina.

How it is made

The olives are ground within 24 hours of harvesting. They are selected and cleaned of leaves by air current, the oil is extracted in a two-phase decanter, and it is then left to settle and filtered.

How to use it

Use it raw on salads, grilled vegetables, fish, bread and tomatoes, or to finish a plate of pasta or grilled meat.
