Las Perdices Sauvignon Blanc comes from the bodega's own vineyards in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, at 1,030 metres above sea level.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow with green hints. Subtle mineral notes and tropical fruit on the nose. A gentle attack, balanced acidity and a long finish.

Winemaking

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Gently pressed, then fermented cool at 14–16 °C for about 20 days to keep the fresh fruit. Drink young, within 2 years.
