Tasting notes

Intense garnet with purple reflections. A very expressive nose, with fruit notes of plum and cassis. Round and balanced thanks to its time in oak, with juicy, smooth tannins and a long finish.

Food pairing

Lasagna, grilled rump steak or tenderloin with roasted vegetables or baked potatoes, asado, tagliatelle with black truffle sauce, spit-roasted lamb and Argentine cooking in general.

Winemaking

100% Malbec. Aged 12 months in French oak (20% new, 80% second use). Aging potential 5 years. Winemaker Mariano Di Paola.
