Wapisa Pinot Noir

Wapisa Pinot Noir comes from the Los Acantilados estate in San Javier, Río Negro, in Atlantic Patagonia, Argentina. The vineyard sits just 100 m above sea level, close to the Atlantic Ocean, where the cool sea breeze suits this delicate grape.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby red. Aromas of strawberries and fresh raspberries, with notes of rose petals and cherries. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with firm tannins and a silky texture.

Winemaking

100% Pinot Noir. Cold pre-maceration for 5 days, fermented in stainless steel, 100% malolactic fermentation, aged 8 months in oak barrels.
